1. General Rules

By using DicePalace.bet ("the Website"), you accept these Terms, plus the Privacy Notice, Cookie Notice, promotion-specific terms, and individual game rules. Promotion terms override these Terms if they conflict. If you don't agree, don't register or use the Website. The English version of the Terms is binding over any translation.

2. Regulatory Requirements and Limitations

You must be at least 18 and legally permitted to gamble online in your jurisdiction — that's your responsibility to verify. Residents of a long list of "Excluded Jurisdictions" (including the UK, USA, most of the EU, Russia, China, and others) may not register or fund an account; the list can change without notice. Some game providers impose their own extra territorial restrictions (see Section 15).

3. Your Account

One account per person/household/IP/phone/email — duplicates are void, and any winnings from them are forfeited. Keep your login confidential; you're responsible for all activity on your account. Accounts can't be sold, transferred, or shared. You can close your account by emailing cs@dicepalace.bet, provided there's no balance or pending withdrawal. Self-exclusion is available via the same email. Dice Palace can refuse or close accounts at its discretion, without justification.

4. Your Warranties

By registering, you confirm you're acting for yourself, are legally competent, don't have a gambling problem, aren't impaired by drugs/alcohol while playing, provided accurate information, understand the risk of loss, aren't using illegally sourced funds, aren't colluding with other players, and that your payment method is genuinely yours.

5. Verification of Age, Identity, and Other Checks

Dice Palace can request ID, proof of address, payment ownership proof, or run other KYC/anti-fraud checks (including via third parties) at any time. You have 30 days to respond to a request; accounts can be suspended or closed if you don't. Verification is typically completed within 10 days of a complete submission.

6. Account Balance, Depositing and Withdrawing Funds

Deposits/withdrawals go through your chosen payment method, generally the same one both ways. Balances aren't bank deposits and earn no interest. Refunds are not standard but may be granted at Dice Palace's discretion within 24 hours of a transaction; deposits already wagered are non-refundable. A minimum wagering threshold (20 EUR/month) applies before withdrawal, with a 1x rollover requirement — falling short can mean forfeiting winnings and paying a 10–15% processing commission. Withdrawal limits are tiered by VIP level (Bronze through Diamond), ranging from roughly €500/€5,000 (day/month) at Bronze up to €2,000/€20,000 at Diamond, with equivalents in NOK, HUF, PLN, NZD, CAD, USD, BRL, CZK, AUD, CLP, PEN, and CHF. Max 3 pending withdrawals at a time; processing takes about 3 business days. Customer funds are held separately from company funds. Inactive accounts (180+ days) incur a €5/month maintenance fee until the balance is exhausted. Fund transfers between customers are prohibited. You're responsible for any taxes on winnings.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

Bonuses (deposit matches, free spins, loyalty points, etc.) carry their own terms, are limited to one per person/household/IP, and can be refused or revoked at Dice Palace's discretion. Not available to residents of Armenia, Tunisia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Indonesia, Georgia, or Malaysia. Wagering requirements apply as a multiplier on the bonus (and sometimes the deposit); games contribute differently — Slots, Scratch Cards, and Keno count 100%, Live Games and Video Poker 10%, Table/Card games 0%, and Jackpot Slots, Slingo, and Bingo aren't eligible for bonus play at all. A set of "Special Games" (including branded titles like Crazy Time, Dream Catcher, Dream Catcher First Person, and Monopoly) contribute 50%; a longer list of other specialty titles contributes 10%. Separate "Excluded Games" and "Prohibited Games" lists (each running to several hundred titles, published on the Website) contribute 0% toward wagering or can't be played at all while a bonus is active. Real money balance is wagered before bonus balance. Wagering must generally be completed within 10 days (casino bonuses) or 30 days (sports bonuses), or the bonus and its winnings are voided. No-deposit bonuses typically carry x40 wagering with a x5 maximum withdrawal cap (e.g., a €20 bonus caps withdrawals at €100); deposit bonuses typically carry x35 wagering with a x10 cap. No-deposit free spins winnings are capped at €80 with x40 wagering. Promotion abuse — including minimum-risk betting strategies, bets over €100 before wagering is cleared, and manipulating bonus features for guaranteed value — is prohibited and can result in voided winnings and exclusion from future promotions.

8. Placing Bets and Gambling

Check your bet details before confirming — bets can't be cancelled once placed, and Dice Palace can refuse or void any bet at its discretion. Game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator; the game server's result prevails over what your screen shows. Dice Palace isn't liable for gambling losses, and its decision is final in any dispute.

9. Fraud, Illegal and Improper Use

The Website is for personal, non-commercial use only. Prohibited conduct includes fraud, cheating, exploiting bugs, collusion, low-risk/hedge betting to guarantee wins, money laundering, harassment of staff or players, hacking attempts, reverse engineering, and account trading. Dice Palace may audit accounts at any time; if abuse is suspected, it can freeze the account, withhold payments, void winnings and bonuses, close the account, and report the matter to relevant authorities and financial institutions.

10. Limitations of Liability

Use of the Website is at your own risk. Dice Palace disclaims liability for losses from your own errors, fraud, account suspension decisions, technical failures, third-party payment or connectivity issues, force majeure, illegal use in your jurisdiction, or website bugs/typos.

11. Changes on the Website

Dice Palace can amend the Terms at any time; changes take effect from the date stated. Continued use after a change means you accept it — if you don't agree, you must stop using the Website.

12. Notices

Dice Palace communicates electronically. Keep your contact details accurate — correspondence is deemed received within 5 business days of sending. Questions go to cs@dicepalace.bet.

13. Complaints Resolution Procedure

Contact cs@dicepalace.bet first. Unresolved disputes should be escalated in writing to cs@dicepalace.bet with your username, full name, registered email, "COMPLAINT" in the subject line, and full details/dates. Dice Palace's Complaints Resolution Committee aims to respond within 10 days (longer for complex cases); external dispute resolution options are available if you remain unsatisfied. You agree to bring claims only against Dice Palace, not its third-party suppliers or payment processors.

14. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Disputes arising from the Terms or your use of the Website are governed by the applicable law referenced in the full Terms.

15. Additional Territorial Restrictions

Some games are restricted by provider policy regardless of the general Excluded Jurisdictions list. Notably: NetEnt titles are unavailable in a long list of countries including the UK, USA, Sweden, France, Italy, Spain, and Canada, among others. Planet of the Apes is blocked in a separate set of markets (e.g., China, India, Russia, Turkey). Vikings is unavailable in countries including the USA, China, and India. Narcos is restricted in Indonesia, South Korea, and Spain. Street Fighter is unavailable across most of the Americas, plus Japan and South Korea. The Universal Monsters series (Dracula, Creature from the Black Lagoon, The Invisible Man) is playable only in a defined list of mostly European jurisdictions. Players are responsible for confirming they aren't located in a restricted market for the game they're playing.
